Handmade ceramics are fragile art objects. In the unlikely event that your order arrives cracked or damaged during shipping:
Simply take a quick photo of the damaged item and the shipping box, and email it to info@cinilicraft.shop or submit via our Contact Page within 7 days. You do not need to ship broken ceramics back—we dispatch a free replacement piece immediately or issue a 100% full refund.

- Log into your account or navigate to our Customer Support Page and provide your Order Number (e.g., CIN-10042).
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization instructions and prepaid/carrier return details. (For defective or damaged pieces, return shipping costs are 100% covered by Cinilicraft).
- Package the item securely in its original protective packaging and dispatch via the assigned carrier.
- Once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed via iyzico to your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days (statutory maximum 14 days).

📁 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate delivery nature of intangible digital goods, instant digital SVG vector downloads cannot be refunded once download has commenced.
- Customized Artisan Items: Ceramics custom-engraved or painted according to specific customer requirements or personalized names cannot be returned unless technically defective.
